DESCRIPTION:Are you…\n• living on the streets\, in a camp\, in a vehicle\, or in a shelter?\n• “couch surfing” or staying with family or friends\, not on the lease?\n• living in transitional housing?\n• Or\, have you been homeless in the past year? \nIf so\, the Mobile Medical Program is for you!\nOn-site the mobile medical team offers:\n• Doctor and nurse visits for acute and chronic conditions\n• STD\, HIV and Hepatitis C testing\n• Pregnancy tests and birth control\n• Access to behavioral health and substance use specialists\n• Naloxone overdose prevention training and kits\n• Dental care for pain and emergency conditions on select days \nWe can also help you connect to:\n• A doctor’s office that can provide follow-up care\n• Mental health counseling\n• Substance use counseling via a harm reduction approach\n• Enrollment into ORCA Lift transportation assistance\n• Referrals to shelter\, food\, benefits\, legal and domestic violence\nprograms \nOur mission is to build relationships with people experiencing homelessness by providing patient-centered health and social services\, meeting people where they are\, and fostering health and well-being. \nThe Mobile Medical Program is funded by the King County Veterans\, Seniors\, and Human Services Levy and the City of Seattle Human Services Department. \nVisit us at www.kingcounty.gov/mobilemed
