DESCRIPTION:The street medicine program is for people who are living homeless (or were recently homeless). We do not charge a fee and do not require insurance. \nServices include:\nWound care and foot care | STD\, HIV and Hepatitis C testing | Birth Control | Medication for opioid use disorder | Naloxone and overdose prevention training | Vaccines | Care for acute and chronic conditions \nThey can also help you connect to:\nA regular doctor’s office that can provide follow-up care | Harm reduction services | Behavioral health and substance use counseling | State medical insurance | ORCA lift transportation | Referrals to shelter\, food\, benefits\, and more \nHow to make a referral to Street Medicine Seattle & King County\nIf you or an unsheltered friend\, family member\, community member\, client\, or patient needs one of their services\, please call or send us an email with the following information:\n− The individual’s name\, a detailed description of their location\, and any contact information\n− Which of our services are they wanting?
